Japan CPI

Hi again @cullen-roche,

Is it correct to say that Japan's inflation CAGR is at 0% for at least the past 20 years per the Fred (core) CPI chart below?

If that is a fair statement, is the only reason Japan still enjoys first world living stadards because of their high debt to gdp or is 0% inflation inherently not necessarily a bad thing?

Yeah, inflation has been virtually non-existent in Japan for decades....
